237 Janefield Residences is a 14-storey, 257-unit purpose-built rental community in Guelph. During pre-construction, Doma is coordinating a major design change that consolidates the original two-tower scheme into a single tower while re-planning amenity areas to meet City of Guelph requirements. Scope includes permitting/approvals support, procurement strategy, scheduling, budgeting, logistics and stakeholder coordination through turnover.
