Ice Condos is a two-tower, 55- and 65-storey residential development totaling 1,343 units in downtown Toronto. The project is noted for its distinctive “Swiss cheese” roof structure, which required complex coordination and installation. High-rise logistics, crane sequencing, and safety controls were managed under variable weather conditions typical at height.

Delivered on time and on budget; weather-related delays at tower height were mitigated through resequencing and close coordination.
