Massey Tower is a 60-storey, 699-unit residential high-rise located in the heart of downtown Toronto. The project combined curtain wall and window wall systems on every typical floor, achieving a balance between architectural transparency and cost efficiency. Built on a tight urban footprint with limited laydown area, the project demanded precise coordination of trades, deliveries, and vertical access logistics.

Delivered on time and on budget despite tight urban logistics, achieving full occupancy as scheduled with all major deficiencies resolved.
