Monde Condos is a 45-storey residential tower totaling 547 units in downtown Toronto. The project featured challenging cantilever balcony geometry for the forming contractor and extensive dewatering. Because discharge to the city system wasn’t permitted, water was managed via trucking, requiring tight schedule and logistics coordination.

Delivered on time and on budget. Dewatering plan and balcony sequencing maintained schedule integrity and limited disruption.
