Toy Factory is a heritage loft conversion in Toronto, completed with a new four-storey vertical addition on top of the existing historic structure. Execution required careful structural tie-ins, preservation of heritage elements, and coordination within a constrained urban site. Environmental challenges included contaminated soils and heavy-metal water infiltration, requiring specialized handling and disposal.
